Embroidery Digitizing Fee

Embroidery requires your logo to be converted into a stitch file (digitized). This is a one-time $25 fee per design.

When to waive If you've previously ordered embroidery with us using the same logo at the same size on a similar product type (e.g. shirt → hoodie), we can reuse the existing stitch file.
When it can't be waived A new digitizing fee applies when: the logo is different, the logo size changes, or the product type changes significantly (e.g. flat garment → hat/cap requires a completely different stitch file).
Multiple orders, same logo? If you're placing a second order with the same logo you used before, check the box to waive the fee. Your first embroidery order always needs the digitizing fee since we need to create the stitch file initially.
Free at 24+ units Orders of 24 or more units automatically waive the digitizing fee.
